HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our items are made to order so please expect for your item to be shipped no later than 14 days after your order..You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If you have any questions, please send us an email at contact@thearahant.com.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs depend on size and weight of item purchased. e.g Pants will usually cost £20 to ship whilst heavier items will be around £40 - £50. Items are shipped with Pos Expor via DHL.

CAN YOU EXPRESS SHIP MY ORDER?

Yes for an extra charge. Please contact us at contact@thearahant.com for special shipping requirements you may have.

 

ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE?

All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

 

CAN I ADD/CHANGE ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you contact us before the item ships we’re happy to help you edit an order. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be sent back first. Once that has been initiated we can make arrangements to get you the correct item. Email us at contact@thearahant.com with any questions.

 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I PROCEED?

Cancellations are easiest when caught early before the item ships. Email us at contact@thearahant.com and we'll be happy to process that for you.

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT. HOW CAN I APPLY IT TO MY PURCHASE?

We can apply the code for you. A refund will be processed for the amount so you don’t have to place the order again.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

WHAT IS THE ARAHANT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Currently we only accept exchange and cannot cover return postage for your items. Please contact us at contact@thearahant.com to initiate your exchange. Please note: we will only exchange items that are in the same condition as when they left our facility. Any items returned damaged or worn will not be eligible for exchange.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE? WHAT DO I DO?

Arahant is not responsible for any items arriving that are damaged due to mishandling or abuse. All items leave our facility in good condition and as shown in the photographs. However due to the manufacture process and aesthetic decisions we make there maybe some articles that are “imperfect”. We ask that you consider this when purchasing handmade items.

 

SIZING

 

I’M HAVING TROUBLE DETERMINING MY SIZE.

Sizes/measurements can differ based on cut and style. Be sure to use our size charts as a guide. Size charts can be found underneath product descriptions. If you’re still having trouble determining your size, reach out via email at contact@thearahant.com for assistance.

AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

We do our best to keep items in stock. Please contact us at contact@thearahant.com if your item is out of stock and we will endeavour to replenish our stock asap.
